Baptist Christian Hospital, Mission Chariali, Sonitpur District, Tezpur, Assam-784001 has decided to permanently destroy the medical records of patients registered between 1 January 2017 and 30 June 2021, in accordance with the hospital's medical record retention policy. Patients who registered during this period and wish to obtain a copy of their medical files may collect them from the Medical Records Department on or before 30 October 2026, between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
